Raw Cereal Joins Hovercraft Ventures

Live Design reported on October 29, 2025 that Skyview Innovations had rebranded as Hovercraft Ventures and acquired Raw Cereal. The studio joined Hovercraft in the US and OMM in the UK under a platform investing across entertainment, retail and sport.
The report lists the roster that came with us: Calvin Harris, Morgan Wallen, J Balvin, Eric Church, Kim Petras, Megan Thee Stallion, Mary J. Blige, Megan Moroney, Capital One, Qualcomm and AMD. Hovercraft Ventures CEO Jeff Kaplan described the model as letting each company keep doing what it does well while sharing capital and collaborators across the group. Anders Rahm and Cort Lawrence, quoted as co-CEOs of Raw Cereal, said the point was amplifying what the studio already is rather than changing it, and pointed at cross-pollination with the other teams as the reason for doing it at all.
