2022 Festivals
Kid Cudi
For the first annual Moon Man’s Landing Festival 2022 in Cleveland Ohio, creative firm Raw Cereal relied on Syncronorm’s multimedia show design software Depence as a necessary part of production. The festival was curated by artist Kid Cudi, in whose performances Depence has been used as a visualization and design tool for some time now. Alongside the Raw Cereal team, laser operator and programmer Macy Rupp with StrictlyFX used Depence to pre-program the lasers for this performance as well, making it a cohesive workspace for the best show possible.

2022 World Tour
The Strokes
The “Ize” of the world were focused on The Strokes as they shared their live art and music with Europe, South America, Mexico, Australia and the US. A modular and advanceable show with visuals acting as the backbone took control of many festivals and headlining shows. The brutalist architecture of the set gave depth to the stage and left plenty of room for lights and lasers.

2020 Brand Activation
Converse NBA
All-Star Weekend
A show with a bite. The design for Avril Lavigne’s latest tour and hit album “Love Sux” was not only a production, but a celebration. Balloons and confetti helped bring the fun and create the party Avril and her fans deserved to mark her 20 year reunion of her debut album Let Go. The rock show was solidified with powerful lighting and video.

2021 The Voice US
Coldplay x BTS
Cort assisted fellow creative, Scott Holthaus of Happy Machine Design, to bring his minimalistic design for Alice in Chains to life. This show, for the iconic Seattle grunge band, used just the right blend of scenic elements, lighting, and video to create the perfect backdrop. A 10,000 lb. metal, beaded wall from ShimmerScreen surrounded the stage and hosted video to challenge the status quo of typical projection surfaces and help redirect the energy of the show back to the audience. The design also included vertical LED screens that extended toward the audience like fingers to grab their attention and immerse them in not only a concert, but an experience.”

2022 US Tour
Riley Green
Featuring a larger than life LED-Neon “Duckman” sign and artificial tall grass onstage, the Riley Green design captures two halves of Green: hunter and country music star. The grass is symbolic of the duck blind that hunters use when hunting ducks, and the incorporation of bright neon lights elevates the show and nods to Nashville stardom. This duality of the design and it’s custom elements made it easy to transport and set up, as it conquered headlining and opening shows on the Luke Bryan and Luke Combs tour.

2022 Summer Tour
Korn
Korn’s sound can only be matched with powerful visuals. An entire show of video content was delivered to create a raw, jaw-dropping show that enthralled the audience. The use of the layered LED screens provided a three-dimensional canvas, and pairing this with Korn’s discography made for a dynamic and explosive experience. The show was woven together using all the tools, styles, and technologies, such as 2D motion graphics, 3D environments, film content, and more. These features set the tone for the show and illuminated the “requiem” theme of the nu metal band’s latest album.

2022 iHeart Radio Music Festival
Morgan Wallen
With one of country music’s biggest names at one of the biggest music festivals in Las Vegas, it was imperative to bring the large screens to life with fresh video content. The show stayed true to Morgan Wallen’s tour by utilizing his existing branding, but for this one-off the content was reinvented to give viewers the experience of seeing a full, made for broadcast production. Overall, this show was an extension of Wallen’s personality and tour, and it brought a new twist to the show to make it feel like a first-time viewing for every one, including those who saw him on tour.
